This listing covers all diaper bag/tote bag sets. Just tell me what fabric you want used. Rather than have 100 listing for each fabric I have one listing for the bag set and it covers all the fabrics used.

Will take up to two weeks to make if ordered alone depending on orders I have in house. This is an approximate time. As more are made I'll picture them. I made them a long time ago. Now people are asking for them again so here they are!

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."

The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".

Payment is due within 7 days after end of purchase. US currency. If you cannot pay in that time frame e-mail me. After 7 days I reserve the right to re list the item and file a non paying bidder complaint.
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-check and balance transfers through Pay Pal are preferred. Also accept cashiers checks and money orders. There is a 7 to 10 day waiting period for them to clear. Personal checks are accepted at my discression. **INTERNATIONAL buyers must route your payment through paypal.

Shipping: Calculator provided when possible.
ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. If you have made payment arrangements I cannot ship until the final payment has been cleared. I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something different just let me know. ** I accomodate customers whenever I can.

Insurance is optional and paid for by the purchaser. I DO NOT replace lost packages. I am not responsible once it's out of my hands . I use tracking numbers.
