PLEASE Note: I maintain high quality standards. This requires time. 1-5 weeks after payment has cleared before the set is shipped. This time frame depends on how many orders I have in house when yours is placed.
My nursery sets and optional accessories are Exclusive Original Designs by myself for the discriminating buyer.
Every piece is hand and/or machine sewn in my sewing studio and not imported massed produced ensembles.
Custom Baby Nursery & Quilts Nursery Sets are Custom made for each buyer.

I MADE THE 4 PIECES NEEDED FOR A BASIC SET.

I MADE THE SET REVERSABLE. TWO DIFFERENT LOOKS WITH THE SAME SET.

Set includes the numbered items:

1. Quilt: I planned on using the patchwork front with a flannel back and coordinating flannel trim.
2. Crib Sheet: Scenic fabric. Checked on my display crib

3. Bumpers: I make the bumper in two pieces. The front piece can be removed when baby graduates to a toddler bed. Other bumper styles available, see my me page. ** I do not use foam. Foam emits toxic gases when heated by sun and dryer. My bumpers are tall and thick
4. Diaper stacker: My stackers completely disassemble for easy washing.

Valances, mobiles, fitted sheet, hanging organizers, diaper bag/tote set, changing pad and other accessories can be purchaed in my store in separate generic listings for the item. One listing covers all the fabrics used for that item.

Size is a approx 38"x 46". Big enough to follow your little one into childhood.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."

The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".

Payment is due within 7 days after end of purchase. US currency. If you cannot pay in that time frame e-mail me. After 7 days I reserve the right to re list the item and file a non paying bidder complaint.
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-check and balance transfers through Pay Pal are preferred. Also accept cashiers checks and money orders. There is a 7 to 10 day waiting period for them to clear. Personal checks are accepted at my discression. **INTERNATIONAL buyers must route your payment through paypal.

Shipping: Calculator provided when possible.
ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. If you have made payment arrangements I cannot ship until the final payment has been cleared. I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something different just let me know. ** I accomodate customers whenever I can.

Insurance is optional and paid for by the purchaser. I DO NOT replace lost packages. I am not responsible once it's out of my hands . I use tracking numbers.
